WhisperIQ provides real-time AI assistance for interviews, meetings, and study sessions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use WhisperIQ.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, email address, login method, and authentication records.
- Content you provide or generate in the app, including uploaded documents, prompts, session notes, transcripts, and AI responses.
- Usage and device information such as feature activity, browser type, IP address, approximate location, logs, and diagnostic data.
- Payment and subscription information processed through our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Google Sign-In And Google User Data
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information that Google makes available to us, such as your name, email address, and profile identifier. We use this information only to create and secure your WhisperIQ account, authenticate you, prevent abuse, and provide the app features you request.
WhisperIQ does not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the app, comply with law, or with your explicit consent.
How We Use Information
- Provide, personalize, and improve WhisperIQ features.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or misuse.
- Process subscriptions, usage limits, support requests, and service communications.

AI Processing
When you use AI features, the content you submit may be sent to AI model providers selected by WhisperIQ or configured by you. We send only the information needed to generate the requested response and use reasonable safeguards to protect that data in transit.
Sharing
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate WhisperIQ, such as hosting, database, analytics, email, authentication, payment, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers are authorized to use information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, WhisperIQ, or the public.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide WhisperIQ, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

- You can choose whether to use Google Sign-In or email/password sign-in where supported.

Children
WhisperIQ is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
